Skarmy of Darkness is going to kick so much ass at the show on October 19th.
There are 50+ kids coming apparently. It should be an amazing show.

i'm watching the democratic debate right now.
they just asked a question of gay marriage and specifically...
Lexington Elementary School in Mass read a children's book about same sex marriage to 2nd graders, and the candidates had to ask how they felt....
All of them have said the support the gay marriage issue and that everyone should be treated as equals. John Edwards even said he would be okay with having his children learn about diversity at such a young age.
I agree with his statement. The only way to teach diversity and tolerance is to show children that it is okay to be different.
Thank god.
Hillary brought up that there is a national hate crime bill that is in the works and is going to be voted on tomorrow...
hopefully it passes.

on the way to work i almost fell over a curb, but i ended up finding my balance right before my face hit the ground.
at the very end of work, the pair of jeans i was wearing ripped right in the crotch area, thus exposing my boxers, luckily it wasn't a big deal, though it was very sad. damn the Gap.

I really really enjoyed this movie. NYC underground sex, relationships, and letting go, it really was well directed. John Cameron Mitchell can really tell a story.

so i feel like i haven't written in ages. i feel so overwhelmed by technology and the internet that i think i stopped really cared. then i fell out of the loop and now here i am writing in livejournal, the "blog" that seemed to have come before the term existed. I don't understand it. blogging always seemed to have a point of view different from that of lj. the social web is really weird. when i was in high school i would ask people at shows to add me to their livejournal...then came friendster...then myspace....then facebook. now it's a free for all, there are too many social webs to be apart of...it's addicting...it's weird to think that a friend that i had back in middle school and i can still see what each person is up to with the news feed and stuff.
and with that...15minutes later...
i just got caught up in watching Shrek 3 streaming...
thank god for that.
but really...i wish i had the drive to write more. update on my life and things that are on my mind...but now, it's late and my mind is slow, so i say "goodnight"
